Job DescriptionOur client, a leading organization committed to delivering seamless IT support across their operations, is looking for a Help Desk Support Technician to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being on the frontlines of technical support—solving problems, guiding users, and keeping systems running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor and resolve incoming Help Desk tickets in a timely manner Serve as the first point of contact for all IT-related questions via phone, email, or chat Set up new users and deliver basic computer orientation to staff Image, install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software Document technical processes and solutions accurately Provide day-to-day support for company applications and systems Assist with generating and maintaining internal reports Organize and manage IT inventory and stockroom supplies Act as a backup for basic network and systems administration tasks Perform additional duties as assignedQualifications: Associate degree or 2+ years of relevant IT work experience (or a combination of education and experience) 1–2 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role preferred What We’re Looking For: Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and 11 Solid understanding of computer hardware and basic networking Familiarity with cybersecurity tools/platforms Ability to install, support, and troubleshoot software on Windows operating systems Clear and detail oriented communication skills (verbal and written) Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills Quick learner—able to adapt to new systems and applications Strong organizational habits and the ability to manage multiple priorities A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
