Job Title: HR IT PM

Compensation Range: $50-55 Per Hour W2

Candidates typically start at the lower half of the estimated range.
- This role is eligible to enroll in both Mondo's health insurance plan and retirement plan. Mondo defers to the applicable State or local law for paid sick leave eligibility.
Must Haves:
- Mid-level PM - who has worked HR projects
- 6 years of experience as a project manager
- Business processes experience for HR
- Project tracking in Workday
- Time tracking experience
- CRM side of recruiting - talent CRM experience
- Sourcing for searches in the future
- Benefits understanding
- Understanding payroll & how it connects to time tracking
