Key Responsibilities\n
As a Telehealth Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

- Monitor patient progress through follow-up communications, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to facilitate positive outcomes.
- Develop relapse prevention strategies that empower patients to maintain stable functioning in their daily lives.
- Provide education and resources to help patients manage their mental health effectively, including coping strategies for medication side effects.
- Document all relevant patient information and progress in treatment charts, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
- Engage in consultations with clinic management and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to continuously improve service delivery.
