Location:
Paramus, NJ – This is a full-time, 100% on-site position where you'll work closely with attorneys and clients in a fast-paced, team-oriented office.
Note:
Applicants must have at least 2 years of personal injury law experience. Experience with New York and New Jersey no-fault claims is highly preferred.

Job Description
- Manage pre-litigation personal injury files from intake through settlement preparation.
- Monitor clients' medical treatment and case progress.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding their claims.
- Request, review, organize, and maintain medical records and supporting documentation.
- Respond to insurance carrier requests and correspondence.
- Prepare and assemble medical demand packages.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical case files.
- Coordinate with attorneys, medical providers, and insurance companies to keep cases moving efficiently.
- Assist with additional pre-litigation case management responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of personal injury paralegal experience.
- Strong understanding of personal injury pre-litigation procedures.
- Knowledge of New York and New Jersey no-fault claims preferred.
- Excellent organizational and file management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple cases while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
