A Laborer plays a crucial role in supporting construction and maintenance projects by performing a variety of physical tasks. Working within a medium-sized team, laborers assist with site preparation, equipment operation, and site cleanup to ensure projects are executed efficiently and safely. This position reports directly to the Project Manager and offers opportunities for overtime.
Responsibilities
- Handle and transport construction materials efficiently
- Operate basic equipment under supervision
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the worksite
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying
- Assist with demolition tasks as needed
