Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide administrative support for the Legal team and perform a variety of tasks under the direction and supervision of the Global Legal Manager. Prioritize tasks, coordinate workflow within the department, and other duties as assigned.
- Under the direction of the Global Legal Manager, lead vendor onboarding and renewal processes by conducting initial contract reviews, redlining, coordinating signature workflows, and tracking contract timelines and obligations.
- Maintain a robust legal records retention system, ensuring timely collection, verification, and documentation of legal records while maintaining appropriate process documentation and a current list of approved suppliers.
- Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of corporate filings with various government registries.
- Interact with internal teams, vendors, government corporate registration entities, and other relevant stakeholders as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or relevant previous job experience and willingness/ability to obtain and retain Notary Public certification and bond.
- Previous job experience providing proactive administrative support with initiative and ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and anticipate the needs of co-workers. Experience in a legal setting and/or working in a global direct sales company is a plus.
- Proficient in business technology tools, including Microsoft Office Suite products, with an emphasis on SharePoint. Ability to learn and utilize a variety of legal and compliance software programs.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and research skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to think critically.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
