Job Description

Job DescriptionDescription:

Be a Part of Something Amazing

In between supporting a global sales force (that we call "demonstrators") and creating the world's best stamps, ink, and paper, we carve out a little time for parties, perks, and basking in the glory of an amazing work/life balance.

Sound like something you could get behind? Good. Because we're looking for people just like you - who are good at what they do and are passionate about helping others.

Did We Mention the Perks?

Here are a few of the other perks we offer:

  • A wicked-awesome benefits package (go ahead and compare)
  • A Friday dress code every day of the week (dust off those jeans)
  • Extreme crafting experiences (totally optional, but give it a try)
  • Paid personal time off...like, a lot of it (see "work/life balance" above)
  • Tuition assistance and 401(k) programs (company match, baby!)

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Exemplify Stampin’ Up!’s core values: we put people first, we act with courage, we better our best, and we own it.
  2. Provide administrative support for the Legal team and perform a variety of tasks under the direction and supervision of the Global Legal Manager. Prioritize tasks, coordinate workflow within the department, and other duties as assigned.
  3. Under the direction of the Global Legal Manager, lead vendor onboarding and renewal processes by conducting initial contract reviews, redlining, coordinating signature workflows, and tracking contract timelines and obligations.
  4. Maintain a robust legal records retention system, ensuring timely collection, verification, and documentation of legal records while maintaining appropriate process documentation and a current list of approved suppliers.
  5. Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of corporate filings with various government registries.
  6. Interact with internal teams, vendors, government corporate registration entities, and other relevant stakeholders as needed.

Requirements:

  1. Associate degree or relevant previous job experience and willingness/ability to obtain and retain Notary Public certification and bond.
  2. Previous job experience providing proactive administrative support with initiative and ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and anticipate the needs of co-workers. Experience in a legal setting and/or working in a global direct sales company is a plus.
  3. Proficient in business technology tools, including Microsoft Office Suite products, with an emphasis on SharePoint. Ability to learn and utilize a variety of legal and compliance software programs.
  4. Strong analytical, organizational, and research skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to think critically.
  5. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to professionally interact with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders and handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
