We’re looking for a dependable Associate Engineer to support the design, development, and deployment of tooling and engineered systems that drive field operations. This role connects engineering design with fabrication, installation, and field execution to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Bring

· Adaptability and willingness to support field operations, including travel when needed

What You’ll Do

· Support engineering team in the design and development of tooling and specialized equipment

· Assist in creating and maintaining detailed bills of materials (BOMs) and engineering documentation

· Coordinate with fabrication, paint, and inventory teams to meet project timelines and quality standards

· Participate in material selection, procurement processes, and vendor coordination

· Track project progress, labor hours, and assist with capital budgeting activities

· Communicate design updates and resolve production or build challenges in real time

· Assist with equipment assembly, testing, and validation prior to field deployment

· Provide field support during installation, startup, and troubleshooting activities

· Ensure designs and builds align with safety standards and operational requirements

· Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions

· Support documentation of engineering changes, revisions, and standard operating procedures

What You’ll Need

· 8–10 years of experience in machining, mechanical assembly, or industrial equipment environments

· Working knowledge of mechanical systems, fabrication processes, and basic engineering principles

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with water blasting or industrial cleaning equipment preferred

· Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document and explain technical information

· Familiarity with safety standards, mechanical codes, and industrial best practices

· Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and perform repetitive manual tasks

· Capability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in active shop or field environments for extended periods (8–10 hours)

· Willingness to travel to job sites and work in varying conditions including noise, weather, and industrial settings

· Ability to safely use hand and power tools, wear required PPE, and follow all safety protocols
