Mid-Senior Employment Litigation Associate (4–7 Years) | San Francisco, CA
A highly regarded California law firm is seeking a mid-to-senior level Employment Litigation Associate to join its growing employment practice in San Francisco.

Responsibilities:
• Represent employers in a broad range of employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, disability accommodation, wage and hour, and other complex employment disputes
• Manage cases through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, hearings, and case strategy
• Supervise and mentor junior associates
• Maintain and develop client relationships
• Collaborate closely with partners and clients on complex employment matters
• Provide strategic guidance on employment-related risks and litigation avoidance where appropriate
Qualifications:
• 4–7 years of California employment litigation experience
• Experience handling complex employment matters from inception through resolution
• Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Experience supervising junior attorneys and managing matters with limited oversight
• Excellent communication, judgment, and client management skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset and collaborative approach to practice

• Base salary: $265,000–$332,500
