Maintenance Technician – Manufacturing & Cleanroom
Shift: Wed–Sat, 6:00 AM–6:30 PM (every other Wednesday off)
Levels Hiring: Tech I, II, III
Employment Type: Permanent
Summary
Seeking a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations through equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical training. This role works in a cleanroom environment and requires adherence to FDA, cGMP, and SOP standards.
Compensation
- Tech I: $23.80–$25.80/hr
- Tech II: $28.50–$30.50/hr
- Tech III: $33.50–$35.50/hr
Key Responsibilities
- Train Maintenance Tech I and production staff on equipment operation and cleaning
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, refrigeration, and boiler systems
- Maintain accurate maintenance and training documentation
- Support equipment installations and process improvements
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams
- Maintain spare parts inventory
- Handle hazardous waste per procedures
- Work in a cleanroom with regular gowning
Required Experience
- Manufacturing/production maintenance
- Preventive maintenance & troubleshooting
- Mechanical and electrical repair
- Ability to follow FDA/cGMP/SOP procedures
Preferred Skills
- Regulated industry experience (pharma/food/bev/medical device)
- Refrigeration or boiler maintenance
- Welding or machining
- PLC troubleshooting
- Basic Word/Excel skills
Requirements
- Drug test
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Must be okay with cleanroom gowning
- Day‑shift training period (~6 weeks)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $47840.00 - $73840.00/yr.
