We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team at our apartment complex. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the property and providing a safe and well-maintained living environment for our residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in building maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs.

Respond to resident maintenance requests promptly, addressing issues efficiently and professionally.

Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential issues and proactively address them before they become significant problems.

Maintain common areas, amenities, and grounds, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.

Collaborate with the property management team to coordinate and schedule maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs.

Adhere to all applicable safety regulations, building codes, and company policies, promoting a safe work environment.

Assist with apartment turnovers, preparing vacant units for new residents, and ensuring that they meet the company's quality standards.

Monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment, coordinating with the management team to order replacements as needed.
Qualifications:

Experience in building maintenance, preferably within the apartment or residential property management industry.

Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently, managing time and priorities efficiently.

Availability to work on-call hours and respond to emergency maintenance requests after regular business hours.
