Bridgewater: A Legacy Retirement Community is looking for a friendly, dependable Concierge to join our team! If you enjoy helping others, providing excellent customer service, and working in a calm, welcoming environment, this could be the perfect full- or part-time opportunity for you.
This position is ideal for someone seeking consistent evening and weekend hours while making a meaningful difference for residents and visitors.
Position Details
- Full-Time or Part-Time (~22 hours per week, 3-4 shifts per week)
- Pay: $17-$20 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule:
- Weekdays:
- 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
- Weekends:
- 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
- 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
- 11:30 PM - 7:00 AM
- Potential for more hours on an as-needed basis!

What You'll Do
- Greet residents, families, and guests in a warm, professional manner
- Answer phones and assist with basic inquiries after normal business hours
- Monitor the front desk and building entry for safety and security
- Provide support to residents as needed and communicate concerns to on-call staff
- Maintain a calm, welcoming atmosphere during evening and weekend hours
What We're Looking For

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to work independently and stay attentive during slower hours
- Previous concierge, front desk, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
