Broker Associate Opportunity – Marcus & Millichap Ontario

This opportunity is designed for motivated professionals who want to specialize in commercial real estate, including multi-family, retail, office, and industrial sectors. You’ll gain hands-on experience in prospecting, underwriting, market analysis, and client advisement while working alongside seasoned professionals who understand the Ontario market.
If you don’t yet hold your broker license, we can help you get there with resources and support. Licensed agents will be positioned to immediately leverage our platform, while those still completing requirements will gain the foundation to launch their commercial career the right way.

Compensation:
$160,000 at plan
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training programs to help new agents align with team standards and achieve success
- Partner with leadership to design and implement agent retention strategies
- Support agents with marketing materials and manage online/social media campaigns to boost visibility and sales
- Oversee day-to-day operational functions for the team to ensure efficiency
- Contribute to both team and individual sales goals
- Maintain and grow a high-quality client database
- Lead the expansion of your division with a focus on sustainable growth
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to agents for skill development and performance improvement
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a successful real estate team
- Unparallelled communication and customer service skills
- Real estate license required
