Overview

Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and beverage orders
- Operate Adelo POS efficiently and accurately
- Process cash and card transactions while maintaining proper cash handling
- Assist with basic food preparation following quality and food safety standards
- Upsell menu items using friendly, suggestive selling techniques
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and following sanitation guidelines
- Support kitchen staff as needed to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Manage time effectively during busy periods while delivering excellent customer service
Qualifications
- Fluent in BOTH English and Spanish (required)
- Previous experience in food service, cashiering, or retail preferred but not required
- Experience with Adelo POS or similar systems is a plus
- Strong communication skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
- Ability to handle cash accurately and perform basic math
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and food safety practices
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Team-oriented, dependable, and professional
