Our organization in Houston, Texas is in search of Medical Directors for its community clinics. We are particularly interested in candidates for our locations in Baytown and Settegast, TX.
Practice Highlights
- Office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
- The role consists of 80% clinical duties and 20% administrative tasks.
- This position is exclusively in an outpatient environment.
- The selected candidate will take on the role of site leader for the clinic.
- Clinics primarily serve an adult, underserved patient population, with limited pediatric cases.
- Daily patient load ranges from 18 to 22 individuals.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary of $250,000, with an additional bonus potential of $30,000 and $8,000 for administrative duties.
- Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, malpractice coverage, vacation time, and retirement plans.
- Opportunity for an Assistant Professorship, allowing medical students to rotate through the clinics.
