Location: Hawaii Remote (Pacific Region Preferred)

Travel: Occasional travel required for project coordination and site visits to Guam & Philippines

Position Overview


MC3 Technologies is seeking a motivated and highly organized Project Manager to help oversee a growing portfolio of infrastructure and technology projects.

This role is ideal for a driven, up-and-coming project manager who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys coordinating across multiple disciplines. The Project Manager will work closely with company leadership, technical teams, subcontractors, and client stakeholders to ensure projects stay organized, on schedule, and aligned with MC3’s quality standards.

The position will support several active initiatives simultaneously, including projects involving facility systems, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity compliance, and systems integration.


Key Responsibilities


Project Coordination

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Maintain project schedules, task tracking, and milestone reporting.
  • Ensure teams remain aligned on priorities, timelines, and deliverables.


Cross-Disciplinary Communication

  • Serve as a communication bridge between teams including:
  • Construction and field teams
  • Engineering and technical specialists
  • Subcontractors and vendors
  • Client stakeholders and executive leadership
  • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-through.


Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination

  • Help coordinate work performed by subcontractors and technical vendors.
  • Track deliverables, schedules, and performance expectations.
  • Ensure project activities align with agreed scopes and quality standards.


Project Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain organized project documentation and communication records.
  • Prepare project status updates for internal leadership and clients.
  • Track risks, issues, and decisions affecting project delivery.


Field Coordination

  • Participate in occasional site visits when necessary to support project coordination.
  • Work with field teams to resolve issues and maintain alignment between on-site work and project plans.


Required Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in project coordination or project management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work with teams from multiple disciplines and backgrounds
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn


Preferred Backgrounds

We welcome candidates from a variety of disciplines, including:

  • Construction management
  • Engineering
  • IT or technology projects
  • Systems integration
  • Operations or consulting
  • Military or defense-related project environments


Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, or similar) are a plus but not required.
