We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our growing manufacturing team in Addison, IL. This is a full-time opportunity with competitive hourly pay, steady hours, and comprehensive benefits. You’ll work with precision equipment in a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC machines to produce precision parts.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to meet production specifications.
- Perform routine quality checks using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain equipment for optimal performance.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ years of CNC machining experience preferred (will consider entry-level with technical training).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
- Basic knowledge of measuring tools and quality inspection methods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift as assigned.
Shifts & Hours
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
