Job Title: Solutions Expert (Part-Time)
Location-Type: Onsite Part Time Tuesday-Thursday (Washington, DC)
Start Date Is: February 2
Duration: Contract (2/2 – 4/8)
Compensation Range: $35/hr – $44/hr

Job Description:
Provide high-touch Level 2/3 IT support for a fast-paced, professional services environment, ensuring seamless technology support for both in-person and remote users, including executive-level stakeholders.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2/3 end-user support for hardware, software, and applications

  • Deliver white-glove support to executives and senior professionals

  • Support both onsite and remote users with day-to-day technical issues

  • Troubleshoot and resolve Windows, Office 365, and document management issues

  • Maintain and manage tickets in ServiceNow for quality and resolution accuracy

  • Identify recurring technical issues and document troubleshooting solutions

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access in Active Directory and related tools

  • Support mobile device management using Intune (iOS/Android)

  • Assist with installations, upgrades, and basic network/office infrastructure support

  • Document processes, procedures, and technical fixes clearly

Requirements:

  • Must-Haves:

    • 5 years of Level 2 or 3 end-user IT support experience in a medium to large environment

    • White-glove support experience supporting executives, C-suite, or senior professionals

    • Experience supporting both remote and in-person users

    • Strong troubleshooting experience with Windows 11 and Office 365

    • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems

    • Hands-on experience with Active Directory and user access management

    • Ability to work calmly in high-pressure or time-sensitive situations

    • Clear communicator with strong customer service skills

  • Nice-to-Haves:

    • Experience in a legal or professional services environment

    • Bachelor's or Associate's degree

    • Experience supporting tools such as OneDrive, RSA, Zscaler, Citrix, Intune (iOS/Android), iManage, and Power PDF
