Job Description We are currently hiring for an Operations Analyst position focused on Solid Waste in Naples, Florida.

- Position: Operations Analyst - Solid Waste
- Location: Naples, FL
- Pay Rate: $31.00 / hour
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering, or 2 years of relevant experience
- Requirements: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking); completion of background and drug screenings
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Excel experience required
- Process requisitions and invoices in compliance with contracts and standards
- Compile, review, and track division metrics and contracts via spreadsheets (SAP)
- Prepare, review, and distribute weekly reports, budgeting, and forecasting materials
- Conduct online and phone research, verifying report accuracy against source data
- Assist with county workflows, paperwork, and general administrative duties (filing, scheduling, emailing)
