Pay & Benefits

$14.00–$16.00 per hour (depending on experience and certification)

Requirements:

Valid Virginia CNA or PCA certification. Also looking for companion aides.
Compassionate, dependable, and respectful
Clear and kind communication skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to pass background check and drug screening

Your Role:

Provide one-on-one, compassionate care in clients’ homes. Responsibilities include:
Assisting with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting
Providing medication reminders
Preparing meals and light housekeeping
Offering companionship and emotional support
Reporting changes in condition to the care team
