Waukesha County, WI | $120,000-$150,000 + Benefits
A growing commercial contractor in Waukesha County is seeking a Retail Construction Project Manager to oversee projects nationwide. The company specializes in full-gut retail renovations (80%) with a mix of ground-up construction projects (20%).
This is primarily an office-based role, with approximately 20% travel to project sites.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Lead project communication and financial reporting
- Coordinate with field teams to ensure successful project delivery
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience
- Retail, renovation, tenant improvement, or interior build-out experience preferred
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and client management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Compensation & Benefits
- $120,000-$150,000 base salary
