Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Configuration:
Installing and configuring computer hardware, servers, and networking equipment.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting:
Monitoring hardware and software performance, troubleshooting network and server issues, and performing hardware diagnostics.
Preventative Maintenance:
Implementing preventative measures to ensure the smooth operation of data center equipment, including visual inspections, cleaning, and testing.
Security:
Ensuring the security of data center components by preventing overheating and other potential hazards.
Documentation:
Documenting processes and keeping event logs.
Collaboration:
Working with other teams, such as software and network engineering, to address complex infrastructure issues.
