We are looking for a talented Associate Attorney to handle a divers caseload involving trial and litigation matters. A successful candidate will work closely with senior attorneys, paralegals and clients managing cases from inception to full resolution, including attending hearings, depositions and trials. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney eager to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, small-firm environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, motions and trials.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs and discovery.
- Manage all phases of litigation and trials, including discovery, depositions and settlement negotiations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel and court personnel.
- Develop case strategies and trial techniques.
