Role Description

This is a full-time, office and on-site role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area. We have our main facility in Norwalk, CT. As a LED Display Video Project Manager / Field Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.

• Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, liaising with clients to ensure excellent service, supervising field teams, as well as executing some smaller builds and troubleshooting project challenges.
• The role demands strong organizational and interpersonal skills to maintain productivity and client satisfaction.
• Knowledge of LED and Projection as well as playback systems and some Audio is required.
• Knowledge of Adobe suite is a plus.
• Managed pre-production, execution, and post-production of live events, ranging from small-scale shows to large-scale trade shows.
• Fostered invaluable client relationships focused on a frictionless and trusted client facing experience
• Collaborated closely with clients to understand their unique needs and provided novel creative solutions and insights, resulting in tailored event experiences that consistently exceeded expectations
• Expertise with Brompton and Novastar LED processors and software
• Led a diverse, cross-functional team of 15+ technical professionals with expertise in audio, video, LED walls, lighting, camera, digital experiences, hybrid experiences, design, and other areas

Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and ensure client satisfaction

• Proficiency in Supervisory Skills to effectively lead and support field teams
• Experience in Budgeting and financial oversight to manage project financials effectively
• A commitment to delivering exceptional Customer Satisfaction on projects
• Proven organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage tasks in a dynamic, on-site environment
• Experience in Novastar and Brompton mapping software required.
