Job Title: Associate NOC Technician – Customer Support (Hybrid)

Location: Doral, FL / West Henrietta, NY / Melville, NY

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM EST (8-hour shift)

Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (flexible schedule after start)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional, courteous manner
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist with account-related inquiries
  • Utilize internal systems, CRMs, and knowledge bases to resolve customer issues
  • Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate teams or supervisors
  • Maintain accuracy in data entry and customer records
  • Follow all security, privacy, and confidentiality guidelines
  • Adhere to attendance and scheduling expectations

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, tech support, or administrative roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to type at least 20 words per minute
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based applications
  • Ability to multitask and learn new systems
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download speed)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous state or federal work experience
  • Contact center experience in technical support or back-office environments
