Job Title: Associate NOC Technician – Customer Support (Hybrid)
Location: Doral, FL / West Henrietta, NY / Melville, NY
Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM EST (8-hour shift)
Work Setup: Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote (flexible schedule after start)
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a professional, courteous manner
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues and assist with account-related inquiries
- Utilize internal systems, CRMs, and knowledge bases to resolve customer issues
- Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate teams or supervisors
- Maintain accuracy in data entry and customer records
- Follow all security, privacy, and confidentiality guidelines
- Adhere to attendance and scheduling expectations
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, tech support, or administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to type at least 20 words per minute
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows-based applications
- Ability to multitask and learn new systems
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Wired high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps download speed)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous state or federal work experience
- Contact center experience in technical support or back-office environments
