Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Staff Pharmacist to contribute to a closed-door long-term care (LTC) pharmacy. The role focuses on maintaining high-quality pharmaceutical services and ensuring patient safety through meticulous QA and verification processes.
Location:

Schedule/Hours:
- Thursdays and Fridays
- 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) activities to maintain compliance with regulatory standards
- Perform cycle checking to ensure accuracy in medication dispensing
- Verify prescriptions thoroughly and accurately for LTC patients
- Collaborate with pharmacy staff to support daily operations and patient care
Qualifications:
- Active and clear Kansas Pharmacist License with no negative history
- Minimum of 1 year pharmacist experience; LTC experience preferred
- Open to newer graduates and those with retail pharmacy backgrounds
- Must be able to start as soon as possible
