Job DescriptionProduction Engineering Intern
Zing Recruiting, in partnership with a well – known manufacturing fragrance company is seeking a talented individual. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work hands on in a dynamic production environment while supporting operations, training and process improvement initiatives.
Job Summary:
Pay: $24
Shifts Available:
8:00am to 5:00pm
- Continuous improvement and process optimization which involves participating in efficiency and layout improvement projects
- Partner with Supervisors, union team members and temporary employees to coordinate trainings and track development activities
- Contribute to the creation and organization of training materials that support operational excellence
- Collaborate with Sample lab team to manage daily activities and track key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Current student or graduate with a degree in engineering, operations management or a related field
- Strong interest in manufacturing and process optimization
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles
