• Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment.
• Safely operate and maintain hand tools and power tools.
• Assist with site preparation, digging, excavation, and basic demolition work.
• Follow directions from supervisors and adhere to all job site safety procedures.
• Support concrete pouring and other foundational construction tasks.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Some previous construction experience is required.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Strong willingness to learn and follow safety protocols.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, bend, twist, and reach while handling materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
• Capable of performing demanding tasks in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions, as well as around dust and loud noises.
