We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for experienced software engineers with strong backgrounds in UI development, mobile application engineering, reusable component design, and cross-platform software systems.
This role supports current and upcoming remote consulting opportunities focused on structured technical workflows, UI and mobile application development, technical evaluation, and high-quality project execution. Selected professionals will apply their software engineering expertise to build reusable software components, support applications across desktop and Android environments, collaborate across product and technical workflows, follow technical instructions with precision, and contribute to high-quality technical deliverables. This role is especially well-suited to engineers with strong user interface and mobile development experience who can build maintainable and testable code and support applications across multiple platforms.

UI & Mobile Application Development
- Implement custom user interfaces using modern programming techniques and technologies
- Develop reusable software components for interfacing with back-end platforms
- Support applications across desktop and Android environments with maintainable, high-quality code
Cross-Functional Product Collaboration
- Present designs, prototypes, and concepts to cross-functional partners and stakeholders
- Work collaboratively across technical teams to execute and complete product experiences
- Help translate early concepts into polished, reusable software systems
Software Architecture & Code Quality
- Contribute to maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing practices
- Work across a variety of coding languages and technologies

Ideal Profile
Strong candidates may have:
- Experience building maintainable and testable code bases, including API design and unit testing techniques
- Exposure to architectural patterns used in large-scale software applications
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar tools
- Experience building Android applications in Java or Kotlin using the Android SDK
- Experience owning a component, feature, or system end to end
- Strong ability to work collaboratively across technical and cross-functional environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building complex applications for iPhone or iPad using Objective-C, C++, or Swift with the iOS SDK and related frameworks
- Experience with multithreaded programming and mobile memory management
- Strong familiarity with reusable UI systems and backend-connected product experiences
- Comfort working in fast-paced product and engineering environments

Contract Details
