Key Responsibilities

  • Revolutionize patient interactions by efficiently managing incoming calls and facilitating seamless communication pathways.
  • Pioneer client intake processes and streamline patient data entry into advanced databases.
  • Collaborate with the volunteer coordinator to innovate volunteer management strategies.
  • Implement advanced appointment and cash handling procedures, integrating technology to optimize workflows.
  • Ensure clinic environment aligns with modern healthcare standards, maintaining a futuristic and orderly lobby.
  • Harness data for processing lab results, supporting our Practice Manager in data-driven decision-making.
  • Participate in our Performance Improvement Program, offering insights for continuous systemic enhancements.
  • Champion respect and equity, crafting a welcoming atmosphere for all patients, families, and team members.
  • Engage in a primary care medical home model, fostering comprehensive, patient-centered healthcare.
  • Utilize advanced equipment and safety protocols to ensure a secure and efficient operational environment.
  • Attend innovative educational programs to stay ahead in healthcare industry advancements.
  • Adapt and perform other duties as needed, contributing to the dynamic needs of our healthcare ecosystem.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent required; a foundation for future growth in a tech-driven healthcare field.
  • Possess a pleasant, professional, and articulate phone voice, essential for revolutionizing patient communication.
  • Demonstrate stellar multitasking abilities, handling high volumes of calls and patient interactions with ease.
  • Exhibit powerful data-entry skills, crucial for driving accurate and efficient information management.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and experience with multi-line phone or switchboard operations.
  • Basic mathematical abilities and organizational skills for efficient filing systems.
  • Capability to navigate multiple deadlines and complex decision-making scenarios.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, a vital asset in enhancing community healthcare reach.
  • Physical ability to manage tasks requiring moderate concentration and occasional lifting.
