Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) for software deployment, patching, and OS imaging
- Troubleshoot MECM client issues and ensure endpoint health
- Develop and deploy software packages and updates via MECM
- Use AdminStudio for application packaging, testing, and deployment
- Write and maintain PowerShell, Batch, or VBScript scripts to automate administrative tasks
- Monitor MECM infrastructure and optimize performance
- Ensure compliance with security standards and remediate vulnerabilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for endpoint issues related to MECM and AdminStudio
- Maintain documentation for MECM configurations, packaging processes, and scripts
- Generate reports on deployments, patching, and system health
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in system administration with MECM and AdminStudio
- Proficiency in PowerShell and other scripting languages
- Experience with patch management, software deployment, and Active Directory
- Strong troubleshooting skills for MECM deployments and endpoint issues
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
•Preferred Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
- AdminStudio Certification
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Knowledge of SQL for reporting and experience with SCCM, Intune, or similar tools
