Job Description:

Masterson Staffing Solutions is hiring Full-Time Technical Customer Service Representatives for a respected client in Maple Grove, MN. This is an on-site position (not remote) and a great opportunity for individuals seeking full-time hours with structured training and consistent weekday scheduling.

You will be the first point of contact for clients, offering guidance and resolving technical issues related to test administration, system setup, application use, and more.

Schedule:

Full-Time – 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday

Training Details:

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks

Schedule: 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday

Training is in-person and mandatory

Daily assessments must be passed to continue

A final certification test is required to complete training

After training, you will transition into a full-time shift (8 hours per day)

Responsibilities:

Respond to incoming client calls and inquiries

Troubleshoot technical and policy-related issues

Resolve open cases efficiently using internal systems

Meet service and quality standards (call time, hold time, satisfaction)

Escalate critical or recurring issues to the appropriate internal team

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required (Associate degree preferred)

Minimum of 6 months of technical support or customer service experience (internship or college-level experience accepted)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Essential Requirements:

Must attend and complete the full training program (4 hours/day for 2-3 weeks)

Daily topic assessments and a final certification test are required

Report to work on time and maintain consistent attendance

Apply supervision and feedback constructively

Collaborate effectively with a diverse team

Maintain performance under pressure and during high-volume periods

Capable of managing multiple tasks at once

Able to sit or stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours)

Able to use a computer monitor, keyboard, and mouse for prolonged periods
