As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable link between our customers and our service department. Your day will include:
- Greeting customers promptly with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Listening to customer concerns and documenting vehicle information
- Communicating vehicle symptoms clearly and accurately
- Recommending maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
- Preparing accurate labor and parts cost estimates
- Setting up appointments, follow-ups, and loaner vehicles (including insurance verification)
- Monitoring vehicle progress and keeping customers updated
- Ensuring final invoices match work performed
- Explaining completed work and charges in a clear, friendly way
- A track record of exceptional customer satisfaction
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager, or Service Consultant
- High energy, positive attitude, and a customer-first mindset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Desire for a long-term career with a growing automotive group
- Integrity, professionalism, and eagerness to learn
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software
