- Location: Philipsburg area
- $13.50 / hour for Caregiver (PCA) & $14.50 for Direct Support Professional (DSP)
- Part-time
- Day and evening hours available

Job Description:
- As a caregiver (PCA) you get paid to join our clients (elderly, physically disabled, and veterans) on walks and fun activities in the community
- Join your clients for appointments, shopping, or other errands as needed
- Help your clients achieve their dreams
- Assist them with light housekeeping, meals, and personal care tasks (we'll help you master these skills)
- You get to help empower people to live independently and be part of the community
Job Description and Responsibilities:
- As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) you will support IDD (Individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities) clients in reaching the goals outlined in their Service Plan.
- Participate in community integration activities and social engagements with clients.
- Provide companionship and engaging activities, such as reading and taking walks.
- Accompany clients to appointments when necessary.
- Engage in team meetings to share insights about the client's progress.
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment through light housekeeping tasks as needed.
- You will collaborate closely with clients, families, and other professionals to ensure that each individual's needs and preferences are met with respect and dignity.
- Effective communication and empathy are vital for building strong, trusting relationships with those you support.
