Job DescriptionWeekend Direct Care Worker (Male Caregiver) Schedule: Friday, Saturday &amp; Sunday | 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Care Worker to provide support for clients with high behavioral needs and mental health diagnoses in our Bloomfield home. Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>Provide direct care and supervision. </li>
<li>Assist with daily living activities, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. </li>
<li>Implement behavior support strategies and maintain a safe, supportive environment. </li>
<li>Complete required documentation and follow individualized care plans. </li>
</ul>
Requirements 
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting clients with high behavioral needs and mental health conditions. </li>
<li>Flexible and reliable with weekend availability. </li>
<li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. </li>
<li>Ability to pass a criminal background screening. </li>
<li>Current CPR &amp; First Aid certification. </li>
<li>Updated TB screening and medical clearance. </li>
<li>Must complete all required CMH certifications within 30 days of hire. </li>
</ul>
Desired Experience 
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in direct care, behavioral health, group homes, assisted living, or developmental disabilities preferred. </li>
