We are seeking an On-Call Caregiver. We offer guaranteed 40 hours/week pay, a dynamic variety of client experiences, and a clear path to becoming a Care Coordinator.

Position Highlights
- Guaranteed 40 hrs/week (paid standby included)
- Variety of assignments across the South Bay & Peninsula
- Priority consideration for internal Care Coordinator openings

What You’ll Do
- Fill open shifts, support new client onboarding
- Follow up with current clients
- Provide professional ADL care and companionship
- Promote safety, comfort, and client engagement
Requirements
- 3–5 yrs caregiving experience (home/facility)
- Flexible, reliable, strong judgment, and calm under pressure
- Comfort with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, dementia care
- Own vehicle, smartphone, day shift availability
- Bonus: CNA, Hoyer lift, or facility experience
