Shift timings: M-F 9a to 6p with flexible hours as well
Pay rate: $18.00/hr on w2 without benefits.
Job Description
• Is this position remote or in person? Field support
• What will the primary day-to-day responsibilities entail for this person? Field dispatch repairing printers and other duties
• What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Field dispatch experience and printer repair experience
• What will the work schedule be for this position? M-F 9-6 some OT and some after hours
• Will there be OC (on call)? Yes
• Will there be shift differentials? No
• How many overall years of experience should this person have? At least one year of field dispatch and one year of printer repair
• Do they need any specific certifications or education? A+ would be nice to have
• If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $22
• How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? Varies from 50 to 150, depending on how many cases the tech runs in a day
• What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? Must live in or adjacent to zip code 75208
