What You’ll Do

Greet customers and assess their service needs

Communicate clearly with both customers and technicians

Write repair orders and explain recommended services

Provide accurate estimates and obtain customer authorization

Follow up on vehicle status and ensure timely completion

Build lasting relationships through trust, transparency, and care
What We’re Looking For

2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor (dealership preferred)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Organized, dependable, and guest-focused

Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with professionalism

Familiarity with DMS/CRM systems (CDK, Dealertrack, or similar)
