The Pain Center of Arizona is seeking an experienced and organized Clinic Manager to support the daily operations of a busy interventional pain practice. This role is responsible for helping ensure efficient clinic flow, a positive patient experience, and strong coordination across clinical and administrative teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is committed to maintaining high standards of service, communication, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to promote efficient patient flow and timely service delivery
  • Support scheduling, registration, and front office processes to ensure a smooth patient experience
  • Supervise, train, and support administrative staff as needed
  • Partner with physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical teams to coordinate workflows and resolve operational issues
  • Monitor clinic productivity, workflow, and staffing needs and recommend improvements
  • Assist with patient concerns, service recovery, and communication to maintain a high level of patient satisfaction
  • Help maintain compliance with policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations
  • Support supply management, equipment coordination, and vendor communication when needed
  • Assist with reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks related to clinic performance
  • Contribute to a professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in healthcare operations, medical office management, or clinic leadership
  • Experience in a specialty practice, ambulatory setting, or procedural clinic is preferred
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support team members in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of medical office procedures, scheduling systems, and patient service workflows
  • Understanding of healthcare privacy, safety, and compliance standards
  • Proficiency with common business and electronic medical record systems
  • Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and high-quality patient care

  • Experience supporting interventional pain management or other procedure-based specialties
