Position is Contract to Hire
Pay: $19 per hour
Start: August 2026
Schedule Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Title: Order Service Representative
Job Duties:
- Manage inbound calls from customer and vendors
- Assist customers with order inquiries, transactions, and follow up requests
- Resolve issues and complaints while ensuring a great customer experience
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate solutions or escalate when necessary
- Perform account maintenance tasks such as order transfers, system updates and follow up e-mails.
- Meet individual and team performance goals (KPIs)
Qualifications:
- Commute to our Jacksonville Office five days a week
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Tech-savvy with knowledge of basic computer systems and online tools
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ year of customer service, retail, or call center experience (preferred)
- Previous Call Center/Contact Center Experience is required
- Previous ERP or Order Management experience is a PLUS
