Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide project management support for cross-functional initiatives across multiple divisions.
- Manage large and/or complex programs and projects in line with established processes and procedures.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, charters, and schedules that align with customer and business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Secure required resources by negotiating with organizational leadership.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely and successful project completion.
- Communicate project status and updates clearly to stakeholders through written reports and formal presentations.
- Oversee design, development, and implementation of new systems and process improvements.
- Ensure adherence to organizational project management methodologies and standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely project documentation.
- Facilitate meetings with project teams to plan tasks, allocate resources, establish timelines, and gain commitment for deliverables.
- Foster effective collaboration between internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues or potential risks, with proposed solutions.
- Represent the project management function to internal and external audiences.
- Contribute to the development and measurement of project management best practices.
- Mentor and provide guidance to other project managers across the organization.
- Draft business cases and supporting documentation for divisional initiatives.
- Track project-related issues and risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Provide consulting, coaching, and mentoring support to project managers.
- Contribute to organizational change initiatives and readiness.
- Inspire teams by setting clear expectations and fostering a purpose-driven, energized work environment.
- Maintain a positive, professional attitude, especially under pressure.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Project Manager (Level III/IV or equivalent).
- At least 3 years managing finance transformation projects or similar financial systems experience.
- At least 3 years managing ERP projects, with successful ERP implementation (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, PeopleSoft).
- Strong expertise in ERP systems: project management, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Proven experience managing all aspects of projects including scope, schedule, budget, risk, quality, integration, staffing, and communication.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex or multiple mid-sized projects.
- Experience with projects involving process improvement and technology integration.
- Ability to define tasks and integrate business processes with technology solutions.
- Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.
- Advanced understanding of project/program management principles and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills across business and technical teams.
- Proven track record of leading complex projects to successful completion.
- Effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
