About the Role
Det-Tronics is seeking a strategic and technically savvy Manager of Project Management to lead our global PM team in delivering custom-engineered industrial safety systems. This role is central to our double-digit growth strategy, driving excellence in project execution, systems integration, and cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll oversee complex, multi-technology projects that protect lives and assets in hazardous environments—ensuring technical, schedule, and financial success across global deployments.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing global PM team
- Oversee delivery of integrated fire and gas detection systems
- Drive project rigor, tool adoption, and process consistency
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Engineering, Ops & Manufacturing
- Ensure compliance with global safety standards (FM, UL, ATEX)
- Report on KPIs, utilization, and financial metrics
- Engage with international customers and stakeholders

What You Bring
- BS/BA in Engineering or Project Management
- 7+ years in PM, customer service, or proposal engineering
- Experience with industrial safety systems or system integration
- Familiarity with J.D. Edwards ERP and PM tools (MS Project, Asana, Jira)
- Global project experience and cultural fluency
- Multilingual communication skills a plus
