We are seeking a Project Coordinator with CAD expertise to join our dynamic team. What You’ll Do

As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our projects and ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

• Creating detailed renderings for architects, designers, building owners, facility managers, and contractors.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and designers to deliver seamless project execution.
• Preparing precise engineering drawings from rough sketches or general design information, adhering to established standards and procedures.
• Coordinating with the Sales team on complex projects to ensure all parameters are captured.
• Facilitating detailed project reviews with customers to clarify specifications and expectations.
• Applying theoretical and practical engineering knowledge to produce high-quality drawings.
• Contributing to design modifications and recommending process improvements to enhance project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking candidates with the following skills and qualifications:

• Experience: 3–5 years in architecture, construction, or a related field.
• Technical Expertise: Strong ability to work with architectural, mechanical, and structural drawings. Experience with curtain wall systems, storefronts, or commercial glazing is a significant plus.
• Software Proficiency: High competency in AutoCAD is required; experience with Revit is preferred.
• Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with construction and fabrication methods.
• Mathematical Skills: Advanced math skills for precise calculations.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to technical tasks and design details.
