Top Required Skills (Must Haves):

  2. Entertainment or consumer products legal support experience, with a strong understanding of legal terminology, contract structure, and licensing frameworks.
  3. Proficiency with contract management systems and e-signature tools, such as AdobeSign, to ensure timely execution, accurate tracking, and compliant recordkeeping.

Opportunity Overview:
This role provides the opportunity to work remotely while supporting consumer products licensing and business negotiations for a globally recognized entertainment and consumer brand. The Contract Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring contracts are executed efficiently, obligations are tracked accurately, and internal stakeholders are supported in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment tied to a rapidly growing franchise and IP.

How you will make an impact:
• Prepare, review, and administer licensing, promotional, and consumer products agreements
• Coordinate the full contract lifecycle from intake through execution and archiving
• Partner closely with Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Product teams to align contracts with business objectives and risk tolerance
• Track contract terms, deliverables, renewal dates, and obligations to ensure compliance
• Maintain a centralized contract and factory agreement repository in line with record retention policies
• Support template development and improvements for consumer products initiatives
• Facilitate contract review and execution using e-signature platforms
• Support special projects and process improvements as needed

The expertise you bring:
• 3–4+ years of experience in contract administration, legal operations, or a related role

• Experience supporting entertainment, consumer products, or licensing legal teams
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and deadline management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously
• Experience using contract management software and e-signature tools
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional business partners

What makes a candidate highly successful in this role:
• Prior experience supporting consumer products or entertainment licensing contracts
• Comfort working independently in a remote, heads-down environment with limited oversight
