ProspectBlue has partnered with a well-established law firm in Northern Virginia and is seeking a Transactional Associate Attorney to join its expanding business law practice. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients and senior attorneys on a broad range of complex commercial matters, serving businesses across various industries.
The ideal candidate will contribute to a diverse transactional practice that includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing transactions, commercial contracting, government procurement matters, technology-related agreements, and intellectual property transactions. Attorneys in this role will have meaningful responsibility throughout the lifecycle of transactions, from initial structuring and due diligence through negotiation and closing.
This position provides exposure beyond traditional corporate work, allowing attorneys to collaborate with colleagues across multiple disciplines, including labor and employment matters, government contracts, intellectual property, and commercial disputes.
