Now Hiring: Hotel Maintenance Technician
We are currently seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our hotel’s Engineering Department. This position plays a key role in ensuring the property remains safe, fully functional, and aligned with brand standards and guest satisfaction goals.
Position Responsibilities

Execute daily inspections and preventive maintenance as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor

Perform repairs in guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces

Address maintenance requests promptly and efficiently, maintaining quality standards

Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general building systems

Assist in maintaining pools, mechanical rooms, and operational equipment
-
Accurately complete assigned work orders and document all completed tasks

Maintain tools, equipment, and inventory in proper working condition

Follow all company safety procedures and compliance guidelines

Support other departments as needed to ensure overall property functionality
Required Qualifications

Proven experience in hotel maintenance, building maintenance, or related technical field

Practical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repair work

Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently under supervisor direction

Good communication skills and service-oriented mindset

Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing hands-on tasks

Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and on-call shifts
