Job Description

Are you ready to play a key role in driving project success for Power Services from the inside out? As the vital link between the Project Manager and cross-functional teams, you will ensure seamless coordination of resources and documentation, all aligned with the defined project scope presented to our customers. Leveraging your in-depth knowledge of Knobelsdorff processes and procedures, you'll be instrumental in keeping projects on track—delivered accurately, on time, and within budget. Qualifications

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement project procedures, schedules, and standards in our project system.
  • Review project scope, acquire and track permits, create purchase orders, monitor project schedules, order and track project materials, deliverables, reports, and other administrative tasks, as necessary.
  • Execute the administrative duties required to support the project coordination, maximizing the efficiency of the project team.
  • Assist with management and documentation of financial items related to the project such as project expenses, equipment rentals, and subcontractor project expenses.

What you Bring:

You’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:

  • A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2 years of experience in project execution or construction management.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications included Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with basic Project and Construction coordination, to include estimating, planning, scheduling, cost management, materials/purchasing, operations and maintenance.

The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, which reflects a good-faith estimate based on market data and internal equity.
