Technical Support Representative Job Description
The employee must be a self starter who will provide technical support to our customers on software and a full range of color digital and ink jet printers. Specific training will be provided.
The employee must coordinate with end users, onsite technicians, and Xante Authorized Dealers to effectively resolve customer issues and complaints. Provide an excellent service experience by promptly and actively communicating with all customers. The technician must diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. They must follow up with customer to make sure all customer expectations are exceeded. All information about customer inquiry must be documented in our CRM. Technician also conducts comprehensive training for the customers to properly and effectively operate our equipment during in-house classes and at customer's site during installations.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Exemplary Attendance and Punctuality
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task and reprioritize throughout the day
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds repetitively
- Travel is required. (averages 35%)
- Valid Driver's License
- 2+ years experience in the help desk environment is required
