You’ll work alongside Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, subcontractors and accounting to keep projects documented, on track and moving forward, from preconstruction through final closeout.

If you know commercial construction, take ownership of your work and are good at keeping several projects moving at once, we’d like to talk with you.

What You’ll Do

Project Administration

  • Support Project Managers with project setup and day-to-day administration
  • Prepare and track subcontracts, purchase orders and change orders
  • Coordinate RFIs, submittals and document distribution
  • Maintain current drawings, specifications, contracts and electronic project files
  • Assist with permits, insurance certificates and subcontractor compliance

Preconstruction & Procurement

  • Help prepare scopes of work, POs and subcontract agreements
  • Coordinate the handoff from estimating to operations at project startup

Project Financials

  • Track budgets, commitments, costs and change orders
  • Coordinate subcontractor invoices, pay apps and lien waivers with accounting
  • Help prepare owner billings, including AIA payment applications
  • Support job cost reporting and flag discrepancies early

Closeout & Reporting

  • Track punch lists and outstanding closeout items
  • Collect warranties, O&M manuals, as-builts and turnover documents
  • Help with final billing and closeout paperwork
  • Prepare project status updates and reports

What You Bring

Required

  • 3+ years in construction project coordination, construction administration or a related role
  • Working knowledge of commercial construction terms and processes
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and electronic document management

  • Close attention to detail and consistent follow-through

Preferred

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration or a related field
  • Experience with a commercial General Contractor
  • Familiarity with pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) construction
  • Experience with Procore, Sage or similar construction software
  • Knowledge of construction accounting, AIA billing, POs and change orders

Work Environment
This role is mainly office-based in Park City, with occasional visits to active job sites. It’s a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting where priorities can change quickly, so being adaptable is important.

Pay & Benefits

  • $55,000–$68,000 per year, depending on experience
  • Benefits - health, dental, vision, PTO, paid holidays, 401(k)
