In this role, you will welcome customers to the service department and facilitate a smooth handoff to Service Advisors. You will also be responsible for moving vehicles safely around the lot and service areas, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, and assisting with custodial tasks both indoors and outdoors.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet customers entering the service area with a friendly and professional attitude, answering questions and directing them as neededInstall protective coverings such as seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats on vehicles brought in for serviceDeliver keys and repair orders to the assigned Service Advisor after parking vehiclesRetrieve vehicles for customers upon pickup, assist them at the vehicle, and thank them for their businessFollow all safety and security procedures consistentlyAttend staff meetings, training sessions, and educational classes as requiredPerform additional duties as assigned by managementWork EnvironmentThis position may require working in non-climate-controlled environments and handling both automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
