Desired Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility to obtain)
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
Pediatric experience, especially in school-based settings, is highly valued
Familiarity with IEP processes and communication with families, educators, and administrators
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students ranging from preschool to high school
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
Provide direct speech-language therapy services one-on-one or in group settings
Document student progress, maintain organized records, and participate in IEP meetings
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student growth
Offer guidance and resources to families and staff for carry-over of skills
Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute ideas for program improvement
